Meet your host
An expert on leadership, organisational development and cultural change, Sharon Faye co-authored a peer-reviewed paper launching Emotional Strength in 2018. With a background in organisational psychology, Sharon has worked with business owners for over 25 years assisting them to understand the problems they face are a direct reflection of the owner.
Sharon has four degrees; two in psychology and two masters degrees in business. In addition, Sharon runs a successful business, founding a charity, running marathons, raising children and is now sharing her story through podcasts. Sharon is thriving in life and is dedicated to the science of emotion and assisting people to feel.
